Most eating bibs look extremely dull, and it’s time for all that to change. The Little Globetrotter proves that such things can be fashionable, while not losing any of their practicality.
Created by Berlin, Germany-based company Storkwerk, The Little Globetrotter is an eating bib that seems to have been made particularly for parents who spend a lot of time on the road. It can be used in multiple ways, not to mention that it can be folded and tucked away within seconds. This stylish eating bib is a great value, as it can be used by babies between 6 and 36 months old.
The Little Globetrotter is not only great looking, but also extremely functional. When the incorporated press studs are snapped together, the eating bib gets a spilling form that prevents the baby from getting his clothes dirty. That’s definitely something good for the younger crowd, but growing toddlers maybe disturbed a bit by the pocket. Well, in their case, you can leave the eating bib flat, so they feel comfortable at all times.
The Cordura fabric that The Little Globetrotter is made from will last a very long time, as it is a hard wearing material. Since it is waterproof, it will dry up quickly. Cleaning this bib is definitely an easy task, especially since the fabric is stain resistant.
As seen in the following image, the bib is available in 10 color options for the fabric, and two for the buttons. Both the colors and the patterns are very pleasant, and will prove adequate both for baby girls and boys in a great number of situations. Because winter is coming in the Northern Hemisphere, they will mostly use it indoors, but during the summer, The Little Globetrotter makes a perfect accessory for picnics.
Storkwerk launched a crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter for The Little Globetrotter, and the $4,000 goal has already been reached, even though there still are 8 more days to go. Anyone who pledged $30 will get their eating bib this December, just in time for Christmas. There’s also the option of gifting a bib to someone you know, case in which The Little Globetrotter costs $45 and comes in a special gift package. Various special editions are available, supposing you want to express your support with a larger sum of money.
